Soil screening plant hire

Our fleet includes four high-quality soil screeners with advanced features to make screening simple and accurate.

Anaconda TD516R

The TD516R Trommel Screen is designed for optimum screening with the first pass of material.

With a self-cleaning drum and lift bar system, the TD516R operates well even in testing conditions, such as when screening organic matter or recycled materials or soft wet soil or clay. The drum keeps build up to a minimum and the lift bar helps to lift and cut material as it enters the trommel.

The 5.15m long screening drum with a diameter of 1.37m ensures that you are able to get the most fines from your given application as possible and two hydraulic-powered conveyors make it easy to separate and stockpile the product.

The TD516R can deal with a capacity of 150TPH.

  • Tier 3 – JCB444 Dieselmax – ROW
  • Tier 4F – JCB444 Ecomax IPU or stage 5 Cat – USA
  • Stage 5 – T.Deutz 2.9 l4 / Cat / JCB444 Dieselmax – EU
  • Screening drum 5.15m (16.9”) long by 1.37m (4.7”) diameter
  • Aggressive drum RPM for better results
  • Forward and reverse 4 wheel drive drum system
  • Variable speed on screening drum and all conveyors
  • Quick drum release and replace system
  • Adjustable drum screening angle 0-4º

Anaconda TD620

The TD620 Trommel Screen is a well-established screen within the organic recycling industry due to its ability to ensure optimum levels of productivity every time.

The self-cleaning drum and lift bar system will keep you screening in the most testing conditions and ensures that you are able to get the most fines from your given application as possible.

The TD620 has a 5.5m long screening drum with a diameter of 2.0m, with two hydraulic-powered conveyors making it easy to separate and stockpile the product. Problems posed by wet clay, soil or other material binding together have been reduced by the addition of the self-cleaning drum to avoid the build-up of material and keep your mesh clear for passage plus a lift bar system in order to lift and cut material as it is passed through the trommel.

The TD620 can deal with a capacity of 200TPH.

Choose from dry hire or use one of our drivers

Our machinery is available with dry hire and with driver options.

If you opt for dry hire, then we'll supply the truck or soil screener, but you'll need to supply the operator. You'll need to have someone on your team who has the appropriate licences and experience to operate your hired equipment.

If you don't have a suitable team member, we also offer hire options that come with operators. In this situation, we'll provide one of our team along with the equipment.
